🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Monday – Friday: Deliveries take place during business hours (9:00 – 17:00)
Saturday & Public Holidays: 9:00 – 14:00
Sunday: Closed (no deliveries)

Same-day flower delivery in Johannesburg may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time and is subject to stock and driver availability.

While we aim to meet specific time requests (especially for funerals and events), exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, and route scheduling.

⚰ Funeral & Event Deliveries

We prioritise funeral flower arrangements, church deliveries, and event flowers according to service times provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide:

Late or incorrect information may result in delays.

📦 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from Johannesburg and will be confirmed at checkout or upon order confirmation.

Extended-distance deliveries (close to the 80km radius limit) may carry a higher delivery fee.

To ensure smooth delivery:

Please provide a complete and accurate address, including suburb and contact number.
Deliveries cannot be left unattended at private residences unless pre-arranged.
If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them or the sender.
Redelivery due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability may result in an additional fee.

All flowers are prepared fresh on the day of dispatch by our experienced florists. As a local florist in City Deep, we ensure each bouquet and arrangement is carefully packaged for safe transport across Gauteng.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, once delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
